The University of Alberta has struck agreements to co-sponsor graduate students and foster collaboration in a wide range of subjects.

This year, students enrolled at Alberta colleges and universities can apply for the following scholarships and awards:

1. Academic Alexander Rutherford High School Achievement Scholarship

Over 13,000 scholarships are offered to recognize and reward academic performance in high school and encourage individuals to seek postsecondary education.

The award is valued at up to $2,500. Scholarships are provided to students who achieve a minimum average of 75.0 percent in five selected courses in at least one grade (Grade 10, 11, or 12).
